From The Colbert Report:
All marriages shouldn't be equal, but there should be so many separate kinds that the gays don't feel singled out.

I really do heart Colbert. I'm in that group of married but no kids. Am I a danger to other marriages?
Only if you stay married.
It depends if you swing ...
That marriage is THE number ONE reason for divorce, right?
The movie Milk really helps this issue.
If one is oppresses we are all oppressed!
I watched Serenity last night instead of the teevee.
Sometimes, I gotta get my sci-fi fix.
I apologize for NOTHIN Colbert!
Ya hear me?
God just couldn't be any clearer...

Thanks for that!
That was great, LazyCosmos. Funny stuff!
Thanks for the link.
"History affords us many instances of the ruin of states...the ordaining of laws in favor of one part of the nation to the prejudice and oppression of another, is certainly the most erroneous and mistaken policy...An equal dispensation of protection, rights, privileges, and advantages, is what every part is entitled to, and ought to enjoy..."
WTH is everyone?
of marriage means outlawing divorce.
But Newt and Rush wouldn't like that.
I can't imagine being married to either one of those self-important assholes is any fun. Marriage really only carries the sanctity that those involved invest in it.
I'm a tad confused by what you are trying to say. Getting a good partner is about being open and honest and marrying for love rather than for what you can get or take from someone.
'tis only a mere spammer.
That's so poorly written I became completely wrapped up in it, bad grammar and poor spelling intrigue me.

All the double standards, the hypocrisy, not slavishly following most of the bibles rule, the ignorance, just goes to show that people who are against gay marriage ARE bigoted homophobes.
mystified by the concern. I was helping another nurse with a patient one day when, as we were talking, he alluded to Prop 8. I told him I had been married for 20+ years and that the thought of two men or women wanting to enjoy marriage in no way threatened what I had with my husband. I asked him how it threatened his marriage of 50+ years. He chuckled a little, thought for a moment, and said, "I guess it really doesn't."
