Pat Leahy Asks President Obama About Judicial Nominations Being Stalled
From the President's meeting with the Senate Democrats, Sen. Pat Leahy asks about the GOP obstructing the President's judicial nominations and what can be done about it. As President Obama noted, it's not just judicial nominations that are being stalled, but all of them. He promised to reach out to Republicans and make getting nominations through a "priority". Yeah, like that's going to work. When President Buah wanted to get some horrid appointment through that the Democrats didn't want, like say John Bolton, he did a recess appointment. If the Republicans are going to continue to obstruct the way they have been, I'd like to see President Obama finally say enough is enough and do the same thing. It's not like they aren't going to call him every name in the book anyway for playing nice with them.

These are lawyer games. The Dems cant get anything done because of Republican obstructionism. Yea right and your cheque is in the mail. When will you good folk finally come to the obvious conclusion that most of the Dems are just another whore wing of the Business Man's Party. They would like to help but gee what can we do??? What they can do is whatever they want with the big majority they hold in both houses: but their masters wont let them. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. No health care-two wars that are ruining your country, unemployment at record levels and busch era corporatists in positions of authority everywhere. American psycopath elites have a free reign cuz u folk are too busy saluting the flag and shopping. Do something!
