SNL: Dick Cheney-The Final Interview
By Heather Sunday Jan 18, 2009 1:00pm
SNL spoofs Dick Cheney's complete and utter lack of regret for anything that's happened for the last eight years and his willingness to basically stick his middle finger in the eye of the American public during the Bush administration's revisionist history legacy tour.

Being a malignant psychopath means never having to say you're sorry.
C&L, I could not help but notice that there's an advertisement for Coulter's new book. WTF?
it is the company that owns the program that controls the ads
Oh, I didn't know. Man that sucks.
Just read the ad like you're ready Mein Kamph (6:45 mark)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3odW2_HEMKI It goes down easier.
I would say that that puts Amato under a moral obligation to completely blow any ad revenues derived from that ad strictly on things that would make Coulter's head explode. It should also be fun for him, too....purely in order to spite her.
really...it isnt
some things just aren't funny...liver cancer, slaughter of civilians, treason.
I couldn't stand watching it after 2 mins.
I was tempted but should I know better if it says SNL, it's not funny.
Thank you for saving a few minutes of my existence
Firearms Training Institute? Oh my gawd, now you are advocating violence?
Oh I get it. That is for Cheney’s benefit!
Anyone that can shoot a lawyer in the face and make the lawyer apologize is certainly worthy of interest.
And keep putting up the wingnut ads. It's just taking $ from the bad-a-lots. No one at this site is taken in, except perhaps trolls.
Emily Hartley (oddly enough on SNL):
"Saturday Night Live"? Is that show still on?
This skit was not funny since it seems to make more fun of the reporter than it does Cheney. When watching it, I wasn't sure which of the two were supposed to be the oddball in the conversation.
This skit was not funny, because like so many SNL skits before it, they start with a premise based on absurdity and drive it into the ground. What the writers at SNL fail to realize is that the absurdity in real life, that Cheney has no regrets about destroying the credibility of our nation and the principals upon which it stands, is funny only in a "dark humor" sense.
Also, who else is tired of Kristin "I can only play neurotic characters" Wiig? I'd have rather seen Fred Armisen as Diane Sawyer.
thunk that the death of SNL would be the impersonation of Sarah Palin? Guess that was all their writers had left in them.
Cheney, dick till the end.
wwwwwwnnnnnnnnnnnn.............
Wow. Did they seriously sit in the writer's room and say, "Yeah, the same joke 15 times in a row is really funny, even though maybe 2 of the iterations are mildly amusing. Oh, and let's not waste any time actually making jokes about how inhumane Dick Cheney is."
Wow, really bad comedy writing.
"Doing the same joke 15 times in row is really funny, even though maybe 2 of the iterations are mildly amusing."
Hey, that's Family Guy's bread and butter.
I've been asking myself that same question every time I've watched SNL for the past 15 years. It worked with Mike Myers and Dana Carvey because the NRFPTPlayers were actually funny then. But the show's skits turned to senseless repetition of the same gag in the days of Adam Sandler and Chris Farely, and even though it never worked, they continue to do it... now to the exclusion of nearly everything else.
Sad.
Cheney is so full of hatred for our country. He's a steaming shit pile.
