Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O'Donnell on Keith Olbermann's Departure from MSNBC
Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O'Donnell both commented on Keith Olbermann's departure from MSNBC. Both praised Keith for his work building a platform for liberals on the network and acknowledged that they would not be where they are now without his support or the success of Countdown.

NOBODY 2012
Shorter O' Donnell: I can carry on in Keith's tradition because I have his staff and am willing to demonstrate enough ego to make the first 20% of this about me and the closing about my old mama.
Shorter Rachel: Keith was good and successful. Keith made me. Sorry he's going. I still have all my freedom. So he must have left for those goofy personal reasons you've heard rumored because he was good and I have no control complaints about management.

cant watch msnbc these days. Its too depressing with KO gone.
I will pick up Rachel on a pod cast, never really was a fan of the new 8 time slot filler. Ed is a little to much. So in words they might remember, Good Night and GOOD LUCK MSNBC, get over to looking like Fox as soon as you can.
They expect everyone to believe they bought MSNBC and had no input at all into the firing on the number one show on the network. They must think everyone is stupid.
Republicans are liars and simply cannot be trusted.
There is enough intellectual rigor and vigor on the left to fill several networks.
Let's get them on the air.
Thom Hartmann would be a good start.
