Lawrence O'Donnell Shows Us the Right and Wrong Ways to Give a Concession Speech
From The Last Word: Lawrence O'Donnell explains the right and wrong way to give a concession speech, with examples from this year's mid-term elections.

Carl Paladino thinks he's Robert Deniro in the "Untouchables". As for the others: McMahon, Angle, O'Donnell, well, at least they're consistent - they exiting the race every bit as crazy and stupid as they did when they came in.
If you have selfish, ignorant citizens, you're gonna get selfish, ignorant leaders.
George Carlin
Robert Deniro is a bit of an overzealous Method Actor who plays a really good mafia kinda guy named Al Capone.
Paladino IS Al Capone.

You've got that right.
he was more like Pacino in "Scarface" with a shovel for a snort spoon and an M-60 for a bat!

Still sick about Feingold's loss - I'm afraid it's an omen of things to come.
is the main motivator for the Teabaggers.
Their last shred of plausible deniability via concern for personal freedoms was lost when they just kicked out the only senator who voted no to the Patriot act.
CTHULHU 2012 "Why vote for a lesser evil?"
Russ Feingold had cajones and was not afraid to tell the Washington power brokers where the bears shit in the buckwheat. For that candor, he was punished with little or no support from the White House and the DLC.
The man had a lot of class.
I worked to get Obama elected but if Feingold decides to mount a primary bid against Obama, I would seriously consider voting for him.
Democratic Party progressive, Vietnam veteran and proud Union member for 41 years
poor loser, bad sport, or freackin lunatic it doesnt matter. you lost, move on nothing to see here. i was suprised that the tea baggers did'nt try to ruin Senator Reid's party, i know they reserved a room at the same hotel to rub it in his face if he lost. these are just the worst kinds of people and i hope that they can use some "Obama Care" to seek some sort of mental assistance before the "party of no" repels it.
once again the democratic canidate takes the high road and shows some class in defeat.

;)
I'm glad to see this- It was especially nice when he recentlly refered to the Teabaggers leaders as 'nuts'. Is Lawrence O'Donnell as left leaning as Keith Olbermann, Rachael maddow or Maike malloy? I hope so!
regarding the right wingers- they live in a Bizzaro world where they see slavery as freedom and ignorance as intellect- so of course they would see losing as winning...
.
Mike Malloy makes some awesome political talk radio. I've been listening for several years and it keeps getting better. Suscribe and help him out!

Thom Hartman might be the smartest guy in talk radio, but Mike sure is the most honest, human and entertaining.
Anyone know where to get a podcast of The Last Word?

on iTunes and msnbc for weeks now. I hope it's in the works.
other states (and countries) in the form of gambling receipts, Angle probably just felt that she was staying true to form.

I hope we see more of him in politics. It sounded like it.
It was kind of sweet.
I did think it odd that she thought that losing the election somehow meant that her opposition should take up her policy stances though.
...and Democrats will need a fresh face to run for president...
I think Carl Paladino looks more like Dennis Hopper.
