Actor Chris Rock doesn't mind paying more in taxes. The way he sees it — in the end he'll have to spend the money anyway.
"I'll pay higher taxes. I look at it this way I can pay higher taxes and people can have jobs or I can pay lower taxes and I have my kid's teacher asking me for a loan, which is true," said Rock to The Associated Press.
"So I'm going to lose the money no matter what."
Rock also told the AP that as president of the United States, President Obama is like a father figure to the country.
"That's your job when you run anything is to reassure, so that's all I hope for, some reassurance." Read on...

Then there's libertarians, that don't want 66% of the dollar they earned... instead they want 100% of the dollar that is now a meaningless piece of paper.
I want to keep 100% of what I earn. I believe that I can spend it better than the government.

Anyone interested in saving America by making the Parasites of Privilege like Romney pay a reasonable tax rate, should start with 90 marginal rates like Eisenhower had in the 50's.
They need to start from a position of strength.
Then, when the bastards beg and settle for a 70% rate, they will think they made out.
This quibbling about Clinton era 39% rates is stupid bullshit!
If I were a psychopath, I would join the republican party, and get in on the gravy train taking the Teabircher morons to the cleaners.
They'll secretly want a rate of 50% - who could ever DREAM of 90%, tuck their tails between their legs, ask for a 3% increase and settle for 1%, while cutting some social program to make up for it.
And then Hail it as a Great Victory.
That would effectively cause every Internet business to move to Canada. If they're no physical presence needed, why should they get raped of their profits by the USA?

....bush and cheney, et.al., lied. They sent troops in to fight for this and that and every time they put up a reason for invading, it was debunked as a lie. Many were killed, more were maimed, some were killed by contractors but nobody, NO-BOD-EE, went to jail for any crime that was never investigated because our President likes looking forward and not backward. So I guess that means for now and forever, that a person elected to the office of President might as well read Dr. Seuss to the audience instead of taking the oath of office.

I wish i had so much money that after 65% taxes i still had a house and one car. I don't need much. A small house and a small car. That's all i need. And a super computer and a connection that can pirate a 4 g movie in two seconds. That's all.
