If we can take some time to be still and relish in a little of the silence this week, we can become more aware of our own process for deep transformation. If we could dedicate just ten quality minutes to ourselves… turning off the cellphones, the computers, and the unnecessary noises outside of ourselves… we could be a witness to all that distract us, every single day. Take a few minutes, just to sit quietly. Let the mind buzz – until it tires and buzzes no more. As thoughts begin to die down, turbulent emotions from the heart will be heard.

We’re between last week’s lunar eclipse and next week’s solar eclipse, which will challenge us to do more, in order to follow the path that has been calling. Hopes and dreams will continue to inspire, which will make the sacrifice that much easier. In a quiet seating, question anxieties and the uneasiness by asking: I know what I want, but what do I actually need?

Facts sometimes have a strange and bizarre power that makes their inherent truth seem unbelievable. Werner Herzog

If we’re genuinely listening to the answers, we’ll be able to communicate intentions and express our reasoning much more clearly under this tricky Mercury retrograde. Flow is the keyword with this week’s Venus/Jupiter sextile, Sun/Mars sextile conjunct Mercury, and Mercury/Mars sextile. Mars in Sagittarius dares us to push harder if we hope to experience more, and Jupiter in Leo promises to help us conquer and shine. But if we fail to listen responsibly, to respond to a higher frequency – uncontrolled egos will create its own flow by bulldozing whatever and whoever gets in the way. And with Pluto direct, we’re fearlessly removing the decay, to renew and transform.

Consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in, but with what it is still possible for you to do. Pope John XXIII

Considering the current cosmic weather, know what you need – because to get where you are going, your approach is going to determine your direction. Be strategic during Mercury REtrograde. REroute the travel to your destination, by REcalulating your method – to get back on course. Without a plan, map or basic rules – one could get sideswiped and sent off track (again), simply because we forgot to look both ways, or because we failed to look in the mirror.
