Just hours before the midnight deadline, the Senate overwhelmingly passed the bipartisan bill to keep the government funded for 45 days on a vote of 88 to 9, and that was with very little Republican help in the House. As for the Senate, all Democratic senators voted for the measure, with all nine no-votes from Republicans. That's typical of today's performative politics, with the crybaby caucus holding the country hostage.

The fourth-ranking House Republican, Rep. Elise Stefanik, quickly took credit for her party, claiming that Democrats showed "zero leadership."

"House Republicans will continue to step up to lead," she said. "We get the job done and deliver on behalf of the American people."

"We're going to continue to stand up on behalf of the American people," she added.

That didn't go over well, especially since the bill won support from more Democrats than Republicans in the House.

AOC took a shot at Stefanik.

The rest of Twitter jumped in.

No one is buying what you're selling, lady.
