"Stop the Steal" Trump lawyer Lin Wood, who once said Trump could enact martial law to stay in power in 2020, has now asked the general counsel and executive director of the state bar of Georgia if he could be permitted to transfer to Retired Status effective immediately.

Wood is facing disciplinary charges and today sent this letter in hopes of retiring rather than being disbarred. I guess he's trying to preserve what he believes to be some sort of dignity.

Wood, a once well-regarded attorney, became a total nutter when he became involved with Trump.

Mick Mulvaney, yes, THAT Mick Mulvaney, got it just about right.

Wood named all these MAGats as part of the "Deep State" out to get him.

"I look at the people that have come out and attacked me, the commentators in the media: Tucker Carlson, Dan Bongino, this guy with the fake accent, Sebastian Gorka, the guy that runs Turning Point, USA, Charlie Kirk. Not one of those people ever picked up the phone and tried to reach me to get my side of the story," Wood complained.

"They're all in it together. If you want to start identifying Deep State members of the media, start looking at the people, including Sean Hannity, that set this up to attack Lin Wood. Whether General Flynn, Joe Flynn, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and others were involved, I have my own personal opinion on.

Seems like reality is catching up fast with Trump World, especially the lawyers. By the way, has anyone seen Sydney Powell lately?
