According to ABC News, senior campaign staffers of DeSantis’ floundering campaign “briefed top donors on the state of his campaign as he looks to reset his run for the Republican presidential nomination” at a retreat in Utah over the weekend. But far-right extremist Laura Loomer had quite a different take. She declared she couldn’t tell the difference between the retreat and a strip club.

First, Loomer claimed that DeSantis spent more than $87,000 “of his dwindling campaign resources” for the retreat. “And I don’t know if I’m, like, at a strip club or a high-dollar donor retreat,” she added.

“But, yeah, it’s like hoochie-mama central” at the retreat, Loomer continued, “and these are super bundlers for Ron DeSantis with their trophy wives.”

We then saw video of the so-called hoochie-mama central. Most of it showed the same blonde woman with unnaturally huge boobs showing them off as she posed with different people. It appeared to be a woman named Brooke Waltzer, a south Florida realtor. She wore short shorts in a few shots but neither she nor anybody else looked like they were about to strip, had stripped or had seen anyone strip.

Apparently, this is what passes for political commentary in MAGA world.
