The Chairman of the House Oversight Committee told Fox News host Mark Levin the only way to fix the FBI is to defund it after they have investigated Donald Trump. Yes, that's right. The guy who said defunding the police was a terrible idea a couple of years ago now wants to defund the police, even though they dragged their feet for over a year to open any investigation of Trump's involvement in January 6th.

During Sunday's broadcast of Life,Liberty and Levin, the Fox News host claimed there's a massive deep state conspiracy against the Republican Party which is embedded in the FBI run by a Trump appointee to this day, and the Department of Justice.

The Fox News host whined that there is nobody coming to the rescue the poor feckless House Republicans.

(Levin was one of the Fox News host' most outraged after Trump's indictments)

"These institutions have to be changed. These institutions have to lose resources. These institutions have to stop spying on Americans. These institutions have to stop trying to destroy Republican candidates, Republican elections, and a former Republican president. This is just beyond belief," he fumed.

Rep. Comer agreed with his demagoguery and demanded Senate Republicans stand with them against the FBI because they need to reform the FBI.

"There's not a lot we can do with Merrick Garland right now, but we can cut their budgets," Comer said.

Sure, cutting their budgets will make then work better? Or stop them from investigating high crimes and misdemeanors against Republicans?

"And we can use that Holman rule to try to get rid of deep state bureaucrats that are consistently problems with respect to getting the transparent proof out there as to public corruption and political wrongdoing among liberals and among Democrats."

There you have it.

Chairman Comer admitted Republicans must reform the FBI so it can become an instrument of the GOP that protects immoral narcissists like and indicted former presidents like Trump while attacking Democrats.

(The Holman rule allows amendments to appropriations legislation that would reduce the salary of or fire specific federal employees, or cut a specific program.)
