During Wednesday's House hearing on Twitter, Rep. Jamie Raskin had to step in to stop Marjorie Taylor Greene's interruptions during Rep. Gomez;'s time questioning the witness, after she gleefully attacked Mr. Roth and Twitter for suspending her.

Marge used all of her time trying to claim that Twitter grooms children while silencing concerned citizens like her who were just discussing vaccines and masks during the COVID emergency.

Greene ended her time by not giving Mr. Roth a chance to respond to her whines and allegations.

Rep. Gomez then asked Mr. Roth to explain why Rep. Greene had been suspended.

"The congresswoman repeatedly violated Twitter's policies about sharing misinformation about Covid-19," he answered. "She received multiple written warnings about that conduct. She received multiple time-outs related to that conduct and then ultimately persisted."

"Those repeated violations resulted in her account being permanently suspended."

At that point Greene interrupted --- "I'd like to take a point of personal privilege."

"It's still my time," Gomez responded.

Rep. Raskin then jumped into the fray, telling Marge she can't interrupt another member questioning a witness.

Marge wanted to respond because her name was mentioned.

"That's not the rule," Raskin scolded her. They argued for another minute when Chairman James Comer seemed to acquiesce to her.

As soon as Rep. Greene got hostile, Comer quickly cut her off, realizing the mistake he had just made.

"We'll go back to Mr. Gomez. And, Mr. Gomez, please remember the decorum of the committee," Comer said.

His words didn't deter Rep. Gomez from calling Greene's actions "shameful" during the pandemic.

No rules seem to apply to MAGA kooks.

Obviously, committee chairman Comer should have scolded Marge, but no matter how craven Republicans act, it's just fine with House "leadership" -- See Santos, George.
