Here is a picture of what we will face next year when our Republican overlords convene to tell us why it's imperative that we just die as soon as possible.

Michigan Representative Bill Huizenga did an interview with MLive.com where he explained that we're simply too reliant upon doctors. He cited as an example his son's broken arm.

The father of five offered a personal example of how this shift might play out. He says his youngest son fell and injured his arm. Not sure if it was sprained or broken, he and his wife decided to wait until the next morning to take the 10-year-old to the doctor's office, instead of going to the emergency room that night. The arm was broken.

"We took every precaution but decided to go in the next morning (because of) the cost difference," Huizenga said. "If he had been more seriously injured, we would have taken him in. ... When it (comes to) those type of things, do you keep your child home from school and take him the next morning to the doctor because of a cold or a flu, versus take him into the emergency room? If you don't have a cost difference, you'll make different decisions."

Having chest pains? Wait a day, then go to the hospital. If you're still breathing. If not, then look how much money you saved by dying instead of getting to the hospital in time for a stent or a bypass!

Coughing up a lung? No worries, and if it's lung cancer, you can save even more money by just going home to die anyway. No need for chemotherapy and other expensive treatment.

Breast cancer screenings? Forget those, just give in and let the cancer kill you. It's simply ridiculous to expect to prevent it, just go with the flow.

Here's the scary part: Huizenga isn't alone, and these representatives have the best health care money can buy. He really believes what he's saying here, to the point where he'd let his 10-year old son be in pain until the next day instead of going to an Urgent Care facility to have it checked.

These people are sadistic, murdering fools. And they're about to unleash their sadism on the rest of us.
