China says Trump ignores the will of the people on climate control. Buffett says a monkey could have generated higher returns.

In an unusual and unprecedented political move, China's chief climate control official Xie Zhenhua publically offered a direct rebuke to Donald Trump's climate control positions on global warming and for good measure, added sound political advice.

"I believe a wise political leader should take policy stances that conform with global trends. If they resist this trend, I don't think they'll win the support of their people, and their country's economic and social progress will also be affected," Xie Zhenhua said.

Trump has indicated, if elected, he will demand the Paris accord on climate control, agreed to and signed by 200 governments be renegotiated.

What makes China's response unique is it is not just a defense of China's policies, but a direct rebuke of a US candidate that rejects his position as beneficial to a vital global issue and suggests Trump's position is out of line with US popular support. China's state comes as a new round of climate talks begins soon in Turkey.

China's critique comes after Warren Buffet's mockery in an Omaha appearance with Hillary Clinton told the crowd a monkey throwing a dart at the stock market page would have returned greater gains than Trump did with his casinos, which paid Trump $44 million in salary before becoming a penny stock and declaring bankruptcy--losing investors 90 cents on the dollar as Trump brags about his bankruptcies.
