Silly Chuck Grassley thinks the "next" President should appoint the vacancy on the Supreme Court? That's funny, in the past he's demanded an "up-or-down" vote on SCOTUS at least 27 times!

CAP Action made the video above:

Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has vowed not to hold committee hearings or vote for whomever President Obama nominates to the Supreme Court. He insists that the next president should fill the vacancy left by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia.

But Grassley hasn’t always felt this way. Throughout his 35 year career in the Senate, Grassley has passionately insisted that senators have a constitutional obligation to “advise and consent” on a presidential nominee through an up-or-down vote.

CAP Action provides twenty-seven examples. C'mon Senator Chuck, nobody's buying your objections. Up or down vote!
