Speaking just for me, I'm out of patience with these bitterclingers who think they're somehow defending a Constitution they don't have the brains to understand. But this could possibly be the straw that breaks this camel's back.
According to The Oregonian, it appears that these interlopers have made themselves right at home in the federal offices on the preserve, booting up computers, and looking at lists with Social Security numbers on them.
"OPB observed militants interacting with computers in the compound that can only be accessed with employee ID badges," writes John Sepulvado. "The armed men also appear to have gone through materials in an office building used by federal employees."
Reporters were accidentally allowed into the room when one of the "militants" was giving them a tour of the compound. How transparent of them.
"After Finnicum realized he shouldn’t have allowed OPB to access the room, he quickly picked up lists of names and Social Security numbers by the computers, and hid government employee ID cards that were previously in plain sight," Sepulvado observed.
Ryan Bundy is of course playing the innocent, wide-eyed fool. He quickly interceded when he realized reporters had been admitted to an area where they were not supposed to be.
“No, we haven’t touched a single personal item. We haven’t touched any of the computers, we haven’t tried to log on — we haven’t done anything. We’re not here to hurt people,” Bundy promised, “not even the people who work here.”
This is a lie that can be easily enough refuted by the eyewitness testimony. No one leaves their office for the holidays with their computers left on. Yet the reporter noticed screensavers going on the computers.
I understand that the goal here is to end this standoff without bloodshed. I get it. But I am truly tired of the lawless disrespect of these bitterclingers. Every damned day in this country, people get tossed in the clink for expired registrations and driving without a valid driver's license.
Yet these guys persist in taking property that you and I, the taxpayers, have paid for. Can you imagine them taking over the offices of Federal Express or something and doing this? How long do you suppose THAT would last?
Enough of this crap already. It's not funny anymore. It's time for them to be cut off, arrested, and tried so they can spend the rest of their sorry, rotten little lives in jail.

Some folks calling themselves the "Pacific Patriot Network" showed up today with some assault weapons and attitude. Ryan Bundy says they weren't invited and he doesn't want them there.
Brandon Curtiss, the leader of the so-called Pacific Patriot Network, says they're there to "de-escalate" the situation by presenting a document (contents unknown) he calls "Articles of Resolution.'
The Bundy's are "concerned by the perception" the armed militia members convey.
If you're not scratching your head over that, then please explain it to me.
