Arlen Specter says that he might be able to get the sixty seven votes necessary to stop President Bush's veto. He told FTN that he has 62 votes now with fifteen others re-thinking their positions. Brownback is quickly establishing himself as one of the leading candidates to be named to the newly erected "God's Own Circus" Hall of Fame.
