The Pentagon has been allowing the International Committee of the Red Cross to photograph the detainees at Guantanamo Bay for their families since 2009, according to The Miami Herald. Citing Geneva Conventions, the Department of Defense has refused to release identifying photos of those detained. However, the Herald contacted family members and attorneys to compile this collection of the prisoners.
