For well over a decade now, Atlanta band the Coathangers, have been making punk rock racket wrapped in a candy-coated shell. It's a sound that's always jagged but sometimes quite sweet too. On their latest album, The Devil You Know, the band addresses issues such as self-destructiveness (such as on the song we're going to hear tonight "Step Back") to destructive cabals such as the NRA.
