Someone finally asked chickenhawk Dan Senor the question he and all of his ilk should be asked every single time any one of these warmongers who were so wrong about invading Iraq are allowed on our airways.

From this Friday's Real Time with Bill Maher Overtime segment, which airs live on You Tube immediately after the show ends on HBO, Maher and his guests, D.L. Hughley, Dan Senor, Jane Harman, Garry Kasparov and Joseph Stiglitz picked up right where the New Rules segment left off with lots of debate over everything from our military intervention around the world, terrorism, our invasion of Iraq and the overall turmoil in the Middle East whether it's Iraq, or Yemen or Syria and whether or not the United States involving ourselves in any of these countries has made things better or worse.

Of course Senor wanted to blame everything on President Obama and claim that his foreign policy is responsible fore the turmoil, but as Stiglitz rightfully pointed out, we would not be facing a good deal of these problems if we had not gone into Iraq in the first place.

Senor also did his best to pretend that we ever got any type of intelligence that's made the United States safer by torturing prisoners that we picked up on the battlefield in the Middle East, but did his best to avoid those pesky terms like torture, illegal and war crimes.

What followed was former CNN host and comedian D. L. Hughley asking Senor the question so many of us on the left would have liked to have him answer as well:

HUGHLEY: Isn't hearing somebody who's so wrong about a war lecturing you about what's going on now like Kim Kardashian telling you how to be a wife? It's kind of like that. It's like... I just know that so many mistakes were made, and they were argued just as you were doing, so many points and facts and figures, and it was so wrong headed that we will suffer for that for decades.

And how are you so... you all speak with such certainty, and if you were right, then we wouldn't be in the situation we are now?

MAHER: I could ask you the same question I asked Professor Stiglitz out there, I mean, $60 billion was the estimate from Rumsfeld and George Bush and it's cost over $4 trillion. What else can you be that wrong about? Where else can you be even close to that wrong?

SENOR: You can say we've won the war against al Qaeda when we haven't.

That was about the best this pathetic tool could come up with in response. The truth of the matter is, no one should listen to him, and if Maher were really worried about us having learned nothing from Iraq, maybe he should start with not putting people like Dan Senor on his show to begin with. I appreciate that he called him out, but he really should be shunned from polite society for the lies he's told about our invasion of Iraq and his participation in that war crime.

Here's the entire Overtime segment for anyone who wants to watch it:
