If anyone didn't think the Obama administration's position on Plan B wasn't quite bad enough, where they've played politics with the issue, saying they'd lower the age on the emergency contraception to 15, in violation of a court order that the drug be made available with no age restriction -- behold what the viewers at Faux "News" were being treated to this Thursday.

Media Matters flagged this segment from Fox's The Five and their title pretty well sums up the arguments being made, not only by Bolling, but the other hosts as well: Fox's Bolling: Lowering Age For Plan B Access "May Be Covering Up Rapes That Girls Are Embarrassed To Talk About".

Yes, because it would be so much better to up the odds of them becoming pregnant as well. And someone needs to let them know that rape victims are already administered this drug if they go to the hospital.

For a group that claims to care about abortion, they sure as hell don't mind advocating for policies that will assure there are more of them.

Fox News host Dana Perino engaged in some victim blaming on Wednesday when she declared that women who had suffered from violence should "make better decisions."

The conservative hosts of Fox News' The Five on Wednesday continued their week-long effort to defend gun culture in the wake of a murder/suicide involving NFL football player Jovan Belcher and his girlfriend, Kasandra Perkins, by claiming that "bedding" and vehicles were more deadly than guns.

"This isn't an issue about gun control," co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle insisted. "This is an issue about domestic violence and a man who had a troubled past; had a history documented of being, unfortunately, sadly, abusive to women; an inability to be able to control his temper and his emotions; a lack of impulse control."

"I'm glad you brought that up," Perino remarked. "On the same day that Jovan Belcher committed this crime, there was a man who beat his wife with a baseball bat and killed her. Okay? He wasn't a pro football player, he doesn't drive a Bentley, didn't make millions of dollars. But on the same day -- that's why I think talking about the gun culture so-called issue is actually a copout and not dealing with the real issue about mental health, anger management and domestic violence."

"Can you name me one person you know that saved their lives by a handgun?" liberal co-host Bob Beckel asked.

"Bob, I think that skirts the issue that women are victims of violence all the time," Perino replied.

"Should have guns," co-host Greg Gutfeld interrupted.

"Or maybe make better decisions," Perino added.

"Why don't we just strap a gun on everybody and walk around the street?" Beckel quipped.

"It'd be safer," co-host Eric Bolling asserted.

"Beautiful!" Gutfeld exclaimed.

As Digby noted, here's some of the last of the pre-election day hissy fit we're seeing from the "very delicate rightwingers whose fragile sensibilities have been repeatedly assaulted by the Animals in the Democratic Party during this campaign."

Dana Perino says Obama rally with Jay-Z and The Boss was like watching a male enhancement ad.:

Yes, this fount of wisdom was once press secretary for the president of the United States of America:

And not only does Perino (inexplicably) think that watching an Obama rally with Jay-Z and The Boss is like watching a Cialis or Viagra commercial, she also thinks it reflected the Democratic War on Women because Jay-Z reworked the lyrics from "99 Problems" to the following: "I've got 99 problems, but Mitt ain't one."

In yet another shining example of why The Five is probably one of the most IQ lowering hours of propaganda on television today, Fox news model Kimberly Guilfoyle compared Sandra Fluke to a political opportunist, and Greg Gutfeld compared her to a Chick-fil-A employee on this Wednesday's show.

Because we all know that Guilfoyle knows absolutely nothing about political opportunism. And a random idiot no one had ever heard of before this week attacking a restaurant employee and putting it on You Tube is exactly the same as Rush Limbaugh launching an national attack on Fluke.

If anyone is wondering what got Fox back on the attack of Sandra Fluke, it's because she dared to introduce President Obama at a campaign event this week in Colorado. If Republicans think that Democrats are done hitting them over the "war on women" and going after women's access to health care and reproductive services, or the fact that no one in the Republican party is willing to stand up to their misogynist in chief, Rush Limbaugh, I think they're sadly mistaken.

Watching The Five try to mount a response to that and the Obama campaign's willingness to put Sandra Fluke back out there is pretty pathetic to say the least. If using a Chick-fil-A employee is the best they can come up with to counter Fluke out on the campaign trail for President Obama, I think they're in trouble.

Fox News co-host Dana Perino on Monday suggested that non-whites have "all the advantages" at universities and dismissed a campaign to promote racial justice in Minnesota.

Earlier this year, the Un-Fair Campaign attempted to address white privilege and racism in Duluth by promoting their message on billboards, social networks and newspapers and television news.

On Monday, Fox News' The Five mocked the group's web videos where white men and women call attention to white privilege by writing messages on their faces like, "Lucky to be White" and "We're privileged people see us, not a color."

"Do you think scribbling dopey phrases on your forehead makes you appear thoughtful?" co-host Greg Gutfeld asked. "When an idiot writes 'No Hate' on his cheek, it just makes the idiot easier to spot."

But co-host Bob Beckel approved of the campaign: "I think the message is the right one. And I also think it is true that if you're white in America, you have advantages."

"If you're black in America, you also have advantages," Gutfeld remarked.

"And if you are at a university and you happen to be non-white then you have advantages, all the advantages, right?" Perino agreed.

"The tremendous advantage is that you end up having -- you could become president of the United States," Gutfeld said, referring to Barack Obama, the nation's first black president.

According to data obtained by the the Un-Fair Campaign, 80 percent of white students in Duluth graduated in 2010, compared with a graduation rate of 34 percent for Native American students and 25 percent for black students.

As Nicole posted here earlier this week, Sesame Street has decided to add a new character to educate children about food insecurity. Apparently that was terribly upsetting to the panelists Andrea Tantaros, Eric Bolling, Greg Gutfeld and Kimberly Guilfoyle on Fox's The Five, which replaced Glenn Beck's show on their evening lineup.

Bob Beckel, the lonely representative for "the left," did his best to try to remind the rest of them of just how many children in the United States are going hungry every day and it didn't make an ounce of difference to the rest of the panel, some of whom were more worried about their children being made aware of the fact that children are going hungry and that heaven forbid hearing about it might scare their otherwise isolated offspring.

And as Media Matters reported, it's not just Fox attacking Sesame Street for this, but right-wing bloggers as well -- Strings Attached: Right-Wing Media Take Shots At New Poverty-Stricken Sesame Street Character.

Bill O'Reilly brought on serial liar Dick Toe-Sucker Morris to discuss Fox's latest bit of race baiting which Dave already told us about here: Fox News runs incendiary video of New Black Panther's racist rant. Here are some other racists they don't show you.

As Media Matters pointed out, it was the Justice Department under George W. Bush that decided not to pursue criminal charges in the case:

On The O'Reilly Factor, Bill O'Reilly and Fox News legal analysts Lis Wiehl and Kimberly Guilfoyle criticized President Obama's administration for not pursuing criminal charges against members of the New Black Panther Party. In fact, it was the Justice Department under President Bush that decided not to pursue criminal charges in the case.

It was Bush's DOJ that decided not to press criminal charges

Bush administration decided to file a civil, not a criminal, complaint. In his May 14 testimony before the United States Commission on Civil Rights, Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez said that the Bush administration's Justice Department "determined that the facts did not constitute a prosecutable violation of the criminal statutes" but instead decided to "file a civil action on January 7, 2009." From Perez's testimony:

PEREZ: Moving to the matter at hand, the events occurred on November 4th, 2008. The Department became aware of these events on Election Day and decided to conduct further inquiry.

After reviewing the matter, the Civil Rights Division determined that the facts did not constitute a prosecutable violation of the criminal statutes. The Department did, however, file a civil action on January 7th, 2009, seeking injunctive and declaratory relief under 11(b) against four defendants.

Read on...

But in the world of the O'Reilly and Morris' out there, it's Media Matters that are the liars here. And whoever the hell they're talking about at MSNBC. Who knows. All I know is that O'Reilly, Morris or anyone else as ClusterFox had no business criticizing anyone at any of the other networks. Talk about one huge case of projection.

These two clowns wrap up the segment with trying to pretend that Obama has lost the right that he never had and the center and that he's moving further to the left to keep that support. In what world they think that Obama is not a centrist is beyond me but that's their lie of the day and if called on it I'm sure the two of them are going to stick to it.

I hope Bill Clinton is proud of himself for inflicting this idiot who throws him under the bus on a weekly basis on the rest of us.
