Soledad O'Brien fact checked Romney surrogate John Sununu and unsurprisingly finds his claims completely bogus. The fact that all three (Obama, Ryan, and even Romney himself) are in agreement with the cut, or "permanent reduction", is lost in Sununu's verbiage. Romney and Ryan would repeal the Health Care Act and pocket the money in tax cuts for the rich. Obama would put that money back into the Health Care system. And that in a nutshell is what this election is all about: ever more money for millionaires or genuine services for the less affluent.
