She's probably the most awful writer WWE's ever had. I used to be a wrestling fan and know lots of wrestling fans and she almost single-handedly sunk the Invasion angle by writing it in a way, not that the FANS would like, but in a way that her DAD would like. Whenever she's on the screen or writing an angle, ratings go down. She's lived her entire life in the wrestling business and can't write or book to save her life.
I realize this has little to do with Linda McMahon, who raided WCW and ECW as soon as she bought them. And my favorite was that after 9/11, the took all the unsold merchandise from the XFL (remember that?), gave it away, and wrote it all off on WWE (WWF at the time) taxes.
BTW, the reason WWE is called that was because wrestling was getting so big at the time that the McMahon family was worth a billion plus. And because of that, they decided that their agreement with the World Wildlife Fund to not perform in England just didn't count. So the WWF sued the McMahons, forced them to change their name (and merchandise with the WWF logo), and cost them millions. Instead of showing any humility, WWE proceed to talk trash about WWF and used, as a new slogan, 'Get the F out'.

It's a false equivalent and is unrelated to her business practices and ethics because it's not real. It's like comparing Mufasa to Darth Vader. If you want to create an ad about the abuses and corruption in the wrestling industry, more power to you. But you'll do yourself a favor by focusing on things that actually happened.

And second, yes. Any actor's on stage personality is in no way an indicator of their off stage personality. It's the difference between reality and TV folks. It's not that difficult to figure out. I've known some loving actors who brilliantly play horrible people. And I know horrible people who are always cast as the likable hero. That's not to say the McMahons aren't shady people, but basing a video on their fictional lives is weak. Weak, weak, weak.
