GOP Head Rush Limbaugh
By scarce Saturday Jan 31, 2009 6:30pmAmericans United For Change, the labor-backed political group that is currently campaigning for President Obama's stimulus package, has releaased a round of radio ads tying the GOP to Rush Limbaugh, Obama's loudest critic on this issue. They're targeting Republican Senators in Nevada, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
NARRATOR: Listen to what Rush Limbaugh said about President Obama's Agenda and his Jobs Package.
LIMBAUGH: I HOPE HE FAILS!
NARRATOR: The Obama Jobs bill overwhelmingly passed the House.... But not one Republican voted yes. Every Republican member of the House chose to take Rush Limbaugh's advice. Every Republican voted with Limbaugh....and against creating 4 million new American jobs.
We can understand why a extreme partisan like Rush Limbaugh wants President Obama's Jobs program to fail....but the Members of Congress elected to represent the citizens in their districts?... that's another matter.
Now the Obama plan goes to the Senate.... And the question is:
Will our Senator, ___ ,side with Rush Limbaugh too...
LIMBAUGH: I HOPE HE FAILS!
NARRATOR: OR will he reject the partisanship and failed economic policies of the past,
and stand up for the people of ___

This man is , first and foremost, an addict. It puts everything he says in the context of his condition. He is narcissistic, feels the need to discount others to elevate his self doubts and is an unflinching liar. The real problem is that some pathological corporation has sought to unleash his ranting onto the greater American dialogue. He has no gravitas from which to verbalize an informed opinion. We might as well give the airwaves to psychotics and junkies.
Looking forward to the day he strokes out.
Look at that. "He's got a face for radio" comes to mind.
They will lobby for it and it will be well over 600 pages.
rush and the right look like fools as usual.
Who ever would have thought that Archie Bunker was their idol... Wait, I answered my own question...
amyl nitrate with is Dominican boys...
The hate Mongers, Rush "Party Before Country" Limbaugh leading the way, must be exposed at every turn and never tolerated.
It's SO nice to be fighting back after these long 8 years.
Rush Before Country
http://rawstory.com/news/2008/Richest_America...
top 400 richest americans income doubled during the bush years
in total they payed about 18 percent of what they earned in taxes
and still...the economy failed
come on wingnuts...defend this shit
tell you what...increase their taxes, but also increase writeoffs for reinvesting earnings....and bang...you will see jobs created just like that
What kind of a 'good American' says he hopes the Presidend fails? Keep it up, your just turning America OFF for republicans.
Why does Rush hate America?
Never mind!!!!
we have been attacking him for years
he and his audience love this stuff
rush and the others preach to the choir...they are not gaining converts
attacking him in this way, turns him into a martyr
why bother...have you seen the guy lately?
he is getting fat again...he looks bad...his skin looks bad...im sure he smells bad
he will be dead in five years
all that changes is that hannity takes his place...and he is trying really hard to fit into rush's shoes...the dude is getting huge
getting fat? he IS fat.
I think I've seen this post before.
Make Rush the voice of the GOP, and only use soundbites of his commentary. The thing with Rush is you dont give him much airtime, only one sentence. And make it count, like him saying he hope Obama fails. Beautiful.
limpballs is drunk on his own ego, i wish he would just shut the f-up for awhile/forever.
The guy who ridicules a terminally ill man. Thems some GOP values.
I would luv to see Limpbaughlls on a tv talk show, And have them wheel out Michael J Fox . I'd luv to see the look on Limpbaughlls face. He doesn't have the balls to do that face to face.
He's safe underneath his home broadcasting.
In a week we're getting the ATT golf tournament here. He's been known to show up occasionally . Let's hope he stays in Florida.
RL seriously needs to lay off the pain pills. He is off the charts with symptomatic liver complications. Look at his fat face bulging, the rosacea, fixed pupils, disillusioned thoughts, and full force anger.
LAY OFF THE OXY-CONTIN!!!
if Rush came running down the street fully engulfed in flame, I wouldn't even piss on him to help put the fire out.
It would be a waste of piss.
.
I would walk into my house, put a few ice cubes in a glass, and fill it with water. Then I would sit down on my front porch, and enjoy a cool refreshing glass of water.
MSNBC (AP): GOP govs break with party over stimulus
More at link.
EVERY Republican in the House must face the voters in 2010 and MUST be held accountable for their vote against the Stimulus Package.
Jabba the Hutt comes to mind...Jesus, can't this guy take any pride in his appearance? He's disgusting..
Now we are supposed to believe that Republicans are all of a sudden concerned and worried about debt……have they grown a conscience all of a sudden???-
BS
They have lost elections, partisan support, the ability to raise money, the ability to redraw districts in their favor, their credibility on the budget, taxes, national security is cablooey ...they no longer have a coherent ideology to rally around.
Republicans have been invited to participate, but their leadership would rather continue with their rant.If Republican tax breaks which is their only plan, if they worked why are we in this position with are economy crumbling and coming apart,
Now they want to drag their feet and their tired arguments until the cows come home-………. as the rest of the nation and world suffers.
The clock is ticking……lets not let em drag it out....each day this situation gets worse.
I hope that the Democrats pass their plan with or without Republican support and I personally wont worry one iota about what they think.
It`s not a perfect package…….but tweek it the best we can…… and lets get on with it!!
The Republicans realize that if Obama even half-succeeds in bringing the country through the recession they will be destined to roam the black wilderness of irrelevance for along time.
I want politicians to look beyond what is best for them to what is best for the country. I accept that there are no guarantees, but to watch these blatant power plays tells me why we are where we are today and I for one will be campaigning in a red state to make a difference in two years. I have had enough of partisanship and believe we all desire a unified country.
Either join the game or get out of the way--change is already here.
Nobody from the Repub side has either criticized or challenged Rush over anything he said. Except for the one guy who ended up kissing Rushes ass the next day. Rush is the neocon GOP alpha male.
Ever since I first heard of fatboy way back in 92 I have been waiting for his implosion, I thought it had finally come with his phoney soldiers remark only to watch his loyal dittiots claim once again that he was taken out of context. The sheeple will once more claim that, in fact they already are, but seeing adds like the above are good. we cant wait for fat boy to marginalize himself, we need to confront his lies, half-truthes and inuendo head on. The old Flush Rush quarterly used to do this long ago, in this day and age however I think we will finally see the fall of Rush Limbaugh. The important thing about that is if he falls, his bull will be discredited and those left behind (like hannety) will be forced to start all over again from square one.
Remember, you can never truly be rid of people like this. You can only expose them for the frauds and hypocrites they are and discredit them for a generation or two.
Back in those early days, the brilliant Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) demanded a guest spot on Rush's show. Levin so completed shredded Limbaugh, that after some confused stammering, Rush admitted that he was just an entertainer and a con-artist.
Limbaugh never again made the mistake of allowing an articulate progressive on his show.
Limbaugh gives the OK!!

The last time I heard Rush was when he was a guest on "Murphey Brown". Doesn't seem like I've missed much since then.
Rush is a great partisan fighting for us all. On the other hand, the members of the senate are too partisan to fight for us. . .
Gee. . . is being partisan a good thing or a bad thing? Republicans can't seem to make up their minds.
Limpbrain is the perfect representative for the republican Party: 1) He is completely out of touch with how most Americans live and does not really care. He lives in a 50 million dollar mansion at the north end of Palm Beach Florida. His monthly mortgage payment is $270,ooo! 2) If you ever met him he comes across as being really nice and personable. 3) He justifies his standard of living by rationalizing that he is a better person than most other people and he therefore deserves his high life and to live by different laws than most of the rest of us. This is how he can say drug dealers should be sent up the river and yet turn around and abuse drugs. He might just be a sociopath or perhaps just a money addict.
The Republican Party is dead. They look like they are still standing but really they are just propped up on their big pile of money.
The only way to make this man stop is to hit him where it hurts. His sponsors. I would love to support a boycott of all his sponsors to force and apology out of this guy. Who want to help start one? I am not sure how to promote it to a wide enough audience to make a difference.
