Rachel is spot on as always. Violence has no place in responsible political discourse. I'm hoping the right wing's crazy, violent base will keep them out of mainstream politics

A moment of silence would have been far more appropriate. Do the people that have been through the hell of that event get less comfort than those of the Twin Towers or the Oklahoma City Bombing? That man, though sick, was no less a terrorist.

When did these people become so lacking in simple manners that they allow themselves the opportunity to use someones last life on this earth as fodder for a joke? It's despicable.

It was no less despicable for Tim Pawlenty to use Tiger Woods and his family's darkest moment as a joke. There is absolutely no decency in that. It is cold, heartless, and calculated.

These people need to find the rock they crawled out from under and they need to crawl back in because this country is better than this bullshit rhetoric.
