It is called Al the Shoesalesman and I think it is brilliant because it is very identifiable to people in their lower 30-somethings like myself.
sounds like a good name for a comedy team. Both of these creeps are major league HYPOCRITES, and have done absolutely nothing productive their entire lives except spew crap and suck cash from spurious endeavors - like, say, lobbying and gambling.
