I cannot for the life of me figure out why Pat is on that show so often. Maybe he's their idea of the "fair and balanced" part of Joe's show. He's like the grumpy old fart sitting in the corner and once in a while he wakes up and says something inane or insane. Every body just looks at one another and winks to let each other know to ignore him due to old age and due to his age no one should take him seriously.

Guess joe's show doesn't give a damn that no one watching that show gives a damn about what the elderly bigoted man says about anything.

The only time I remember Pat saying anything of value was when he wrote a piece against the invasion of Iraq.

First: why are the MSNBC shows lining up so many right-wing chattering heads? David f'ing Brooks? David Frum? Buchanan? Michael Steel? And they are allowed to talk without being utterly destroyed? Scarborough I expect it from, but I know Maddow or O'Donnell could humiliate and destroy these people.

Second: Why is that sexist, racist, homophobic, Dominionist old fart given air time? He hasn't changed his narrative in years, and I have yet to see him add something constructive to any argument.

I hope you're right. I've lost a lot of faith in the critical thinking skills of the majority of Americans the past decade of so and would love to have some of that faith restored.

Pat’s ideology is fine, to organize, collect money, donate and paid, undisclosed Ads and support, for business, Public, or Private, remember the very people sitting across the tables in Bargaining, were either elected, or hired by the very people who want there sides position to prevail.

Pat, believes, the money paid to a Public worker, makes their Right’s limited to not having any, even though there just as American and have just as much Right’s. Not Pat, you have less rights only because he wants more Right’s, because he had to pay Taxes.

Once you pay your taxes, the money is the Governments and the people who work for the Government have the same right’s and work under stricter rules, but none the less they get paid and the money is there’s not Pat’s or any other citizens, to limit who, or what they chose to do with it, short of breaking the law, Pat hates that it’s not against law, so have chosen; Legislative fiat’ to rest Right’s from Public workers.

This Publicly paid workers are somehow less right’s than Private is bull, it’s an argument, being bandied about across the AIR-WAVES, discussed as a legitimate argument and it’s not, don’t feed into it Those who make this argument know, the money and who paid and then the people who hire and pay it out makes no privilege, nor is there a privilege over those who work in the Public sector, because it comes from Tax dollars.

This whole argument is to divide the workers and make it seem, and make believers of the tripe hate workers, when they do the exact same thing Public, or Private, they just hate that workers, have organized for better deal, better wages, better benefits, when Business and Elected governance, organize and do the exact same, only you not supposed to see it and make the exact same argument, turning it on it’s ear. People stop being afraid to stand up for your Right, the money’s the same, once it’s paid, the Republican have no right’s over your money once paid and if they did, you’d get a “proviso with each PAY CHECK”, telling you what you can and cannot do with the money… GOT IT.

I'm sorry but if the 14 democrats that fled WI in oprder to stop the bill backtrack at all then they deserve to be recalled themselves. There is NO deal to be made here - dealing is how the GOP get their way - one step forward for progressives and two steps back. No DEAL - none whatsoever other than complete capitulation by Walker and the rest of the GOP.

So, thank you, Gov. Walker, for opening my eyes. Republicans and Conservatives talk a big game about "Middle America" and "Blue Collar Workers" and "the Folks," but the very second those same people try to fight for their rights, they get shat upon.

I mean, really? The Wisconsin unions concede every point except one and Gov. Walker decides to be a hard-ass? I hope his 2016 presidential exploratory committee is worth screwing over hard-working Americans.

I saw Pat Buchanan on Al-Jazeera last week, and besides being treated as a credible figure (the host characterized what Buchanan said as very logical--LOL), Pat said that the Saudis in Arabia don't deserve democracy 'if they want to demonstrate in the public square.' So you see, Mr. Buchanan doesn't really believe in democracy or even understand the idea.

Every time a Rethug apologist whines and cries about how Unions are benefiting Democrats and Democratic policies, you should ask that Rethug, "Do you think the Citizen's United case ruling was correct?"
