Michael Steele at the RNC's annual state chairmen's meeting says that the era of apologizing for GOP past mistakes is officially over. I would like to know when Mr. Steele thinks it started? The only person I've seen members of the Republican party apologizing to is Boss Limbaugh.

UPDATE: John Amato:

The funniest line I heard him say was this:

"...this change my friends has been delivered in a teabag and that's a wonderful thing..."

All the teabaggers I saw in Santa Monica were anti-federal reserve-Ron Paul people who were no fans of Republicans.

His entire speech was an attack against President Obama and the Democratic Party who he called power hungry. If Steele doesn't want any power why then is he head of the RNC? Why is there an RNC? Steele said that they were going to start being the loyal opposition instead of being afraid of Obama's popularity. All they have done since Obama was elected is attach him over and over again. Michael said they weren't going to go the partisan attack root, but then called Nancy Pelosi a radical...Steele is a joke and so was his speech.
