Anyone want to take bets on what the collective IQ of this pair is? Sean Hannity brings in The View's Elisabeth Hasselbeck to do a bit of concern trolling for Sarah-Barracuda and that mean old "librul" media that just "hates" conservative women and the conversation turns to a bit of fear mongering over the trial of Khalid Sheikh Muhammed being moved to New York.

Interesting that she says "he already admitted guilt and was willing to get the death penalty" as if that was reason enough to forgo a fair trial (and to justify waterboarding). Apparently, Elisabeth Hasselbeck cannot conceive of a situation where Mr Mohammed would do so dishonestly, for reasons of his own. I can think of several:
- he could be covering up for somebody voluntarily
- someone might be coercing him into such a statement
- he might be doing so becuase he is a loony
- he might be a patsy who thinks for some reason that it was him whodunnit, although it wasn't
- he might be seeking religious martyrdom even though he didn't do it
Just a couple of scenarios off the top of my head. I'm sure others can conceive of more. This is not to say I don't think he is guilty, but I want to see him convicted in court. The reasons listed above are why we have due process, rather than relying on hearsay, even when it emanates from the defendant.
