Special because it highlights the lies Republican put out on a daily basis. Special because it points to narrative nature of Fox News. Not special because it gave CNN and MSNBC a pass.
In my view, MSNBC spends lots of time, which turns into money spent, creating narratives which betray President Obama losing the support of the total spectrum of his supporters. Even though MSNBC has threw back some of its sly attempts to kill some of Obama's base supporters, the "Ed" show stills holds a few special moments to take their pot shots.
With every special commentator in the political world, CNN will never stop their arrogant practice of being "the best in the phony business." In short, all of MSM needs to be exposed for their special brand of propaganda.

I agree about CNN. They and the other major networks (especially ABC) are incredibly biased. One of the valuable things Fox News does for the right is to make them look objective in comparison. But not about MSNBC. To the right MSNBC is just to the democrats what Fox is to the republicans. I don't think they are and if I'm understanding you correctly it sounds like you think they should be; just a cheer leader for Obama. If anything I wish MSNBC was MORE critical from a left wing perspective of Obama. But I think they go about as far as they can given that they are a corporate funded organization. For real criticism you have to look at sites like this and Democracy Now!. But back to MSNBC I think its important that they criique Obama and not just be cheer leaders.

My Pastor did a Sermon, some years ago on 10,000 punks (pardon the pun) about David and Goliath, I watched last year as these, want to be Conservatives and Republicans and the fixed channel, kept taunting the Democrats to come out and fight... well Obama is out and he's fighting and These inglorious bastards, don't much like it, they can't wait for him to go back to his quiet practical, let us be by-partisan, let us call you out and you don't respond days.
Now, Republicans are stuck in their try and failed ways, saying it’s not in there and he won’t let us in and were cut off, or out and the Nation knows the doors weren’t locked and it is in the Bills and the Conservative lied and didn’t even vote for there own weakening, watering down, slow drag amendments.
