As President Obama was attempting to ease tensions in the Middle East with his speech in Cairo, Rush Limbaugh was busy saying the President had done a better job of destroying the country than al Qaeda. Eugene Robinson weighs in on whether Limbaugh has crossed a line, again, with what should be considered unacceptable political rhetoric.
