DCCC Chairman Chris Van Hollen believes that House will pass health care reform soon. He told Fox News' Chris Wallace Sunday that Democrats in the House will have the votes to pass the Senate bill.

"The votes will be there," he said. "What is happening is our members are going back home to their constituents who are opening up their mail and getting these huge increases in their insurance premiums," he explained.

"The momentum has been clearly building. When the vote comes, I'm confident there will be a majority," said Van Hollen.
