The White House national security adviser said that the Guantanamo Bay detention center could be closed by January as scheduled Sunday. "I'm confident we will be able to meet that deadline," Jim Jones told Fox News' Chris Wallace.
Appearing on the same program, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell disagreed with the decision to close the detention center. "This is a program that's not broke and doesn't need fixing," he said.
but where are the trials based on evidence. why is this looking like boosh's third term.
Obama just might not be full of shit, but his entire administration appears to be.

An easy solution would be for Obama to move all the Gitmo prisoners to Bagram. No more Gitmo, yet we can still torture them. Everybody wins!

An old buddy of mine had once travelled to northern Idaho to be with his fellow Aryan Brothers but quickly left because he said, "Those guys are f*cking crazy."
This is from a guy who'd been in prison four times, had a stroke from overdosing on coke, had all his teeth kicked out in a bar fight and would always say, "Any drug worth doing is worth injecting."

I've seen the AB profiled on that history channel show, "Gangland" they may be crazy...but they're definitely scary.

If these "prisoners" are soooooooooo dangerous that they can not even be brought to trial then why not simply execute them en-mass? If they are indeed THAT dangerous, no one would question their complete elimination. I mean if they are more dangerous than Dahmer, Manson, Dillinger, Gacy, The Symbionese Army, variety of mass shooters/killers, then my gawd.......Just kill 'em all! Otherwise treat them like most other human beings on this planet and be honest about it, if that is possible.
My girlfriend made a comment like that recently and I had to come back hard on that one.
1. What about the many who've been proven innocent? "Well, they were up to something if they got locked up."
