Ed Schultz Puts Congressman Ron Paul In Psycho Talk
From the Ed Schultz Show May 15, 2009. Ed takes Congressman Ron Paul to task for his stand to get rid of the Department of Education and the Department of Agriculture on Morning Joe.

republicanism is a mental illness. Doesn't matter which one of them you speak to, if you talk about anything serious you will soon hear the crazyness erupt like a volcano spewing molten lava the insanity will spring out and cover you over.
republican = insanity!
Ever get the feeling Ed Schultz wants to be the liberal Glenn Beck? Remember Ed, ever time they do '[blank], but for [blank]' it tends to fail. Remember the Half-Hour News Hour? [The Daily Show] but for [GOPs]?
Ron Paul's stance of abolishing the Dept of Education, Agriculture, Interior, and Homeland Security aren't new and they certainly aren't reactionary. He's been advocating that for years. This (unlike guys like Tom Delay and Newt Gingrich) represent the true conservative ideal of government small enough to fit in your pocket (as opposed to government small enough to fit in your bedroom).
Do I agree with Dr Paul? As far as ending the Dept of Homeland Security and the IRS, yes. There's nothing that the DHS can do that the DoD can't. As far as the DoE, DoA, and DoI, no.
His views are checked and balanced by the other members of Congress. He's not saying anything dangerous, discriminatory, or hurtful. I think his views are wrong in some instances. But you're not going to hear me calling him names any time soon. Ron Paul is behaving as a representative should, and I dont see him yelling out 'YOU LIE' to anyone just because he disagrees with them.
