Man, it is always annoying when you see George Bush acting like a comprehensible, understandable human being with some grasp on the english language and some modicum of good will and friendliness, because it just reminds you of how badly he has fucked up his presidency.

Looking at him I don't think he should have ever have been president, but maybe in some other vaguely humanitarian role in which he didn't have too much of an influence. Simply wasn't right to be president, just doesn't have the right stuff for it.
